Zeiger Industries specializes in the production of through hardened tool steel screws from 14 -70 mm diameter. Our GP line of screws are precision ground in the hardened state from both Convential and Particle Metallurgy (PM) materials such as CPM 420V/S90V, ZWear PM and Lescowear. You can count on our superior finish to help convey your pellets into your mold while incorporating premium quality tool steels. Our standard screw comes with a 3:1 compression ratio but we routinely offer our 2.2:1 Rigid PVC geometry with great success.
